Designed to work on rougher terrain than the rest of the medium to small 800 series carts, the 821-10 carries medium sized oxygen and acetylene cylinders, utilizing a steel cylinder perma clamp to secure its load. It rolls smoothly on two 10″ pneumatic wheels, guaranteeing smooth travel over rough terrain.
