We work with a company out of Tennessee that specializes in galvanizing. We will send your trailer or truck bed to them to be hot dip galvanized at 840 degrees. The trailer or truck bed is sent back to us within a week and we bolt on landing gear, axles, wheels, and liftgate. All wiring is wrapped in double wire loom and the lights are in a sealed compartments to be protected from harsh conditions. The only drawback is once galvanized, it can not be painted but we will still incorporate your logo on the trailer or truck bed.
